Viñales Bike – CANOPY TOUR & GUIDE

Departure: From Viñales

Viñales is one of the most emblematic places in Cuba, where the incredible nature, tradition and customs make it a must-visit. We offer the possibility of enjoying a complete walking excursion through the Viñales National Park, visiting the most characteristic points, passing through a natural environment with a natural environment of incomparable beauty, where in addition to beautiful landscapes, you will get to know the most traditional and rural part of the region.

The meeting point will be in the Plaza de Viñales, where the guide will be waiting for you with his bicycle. The first ascent we will make will be towards the Ermita road, where we will take a detour between pine and oak forests to go to the visitor center where there is a beautiful viewpoint, with incredible views of the Viñales Valley. They will continue on their way to the El Fortin Canopy, where they will be able to see the Viñales Valley from a bird’s eye view, through its 8 platforms, a challenge for the most adventurous. At the end of the canopy activity, to continue along the Valley of Penitence, passing by its viewpoint, where you can see a different view of the Viñales Valley, towards Palmarito, where you will enter rural roads in the very heart of the Valley. During the excursion you will be able to visit a traditional Peasant House and a Tobacco Drying Plant where you will be shown the process of drying and manufacturing the tobacco leaf and where you will be able to purchase, if you wish, artisanal tobacco made by the hand of the peasant of authentic quality.

 

At the end of the visit at the peasant house, we will return to Viñales along trails in the National Park, where you can see peasants cultivating the land as in the past.

The price includes: Specialized guide services, bicycle rental, a zip line trip, all visits and explanations and tasting of pure artisan.

 

The price does not include: Additional expenses that the client may have on drinks and other expenses.
